Question for Houzz:

We have just received an automated reminder from Houzz regarding a review of CanvasChamp business. First, we never received any e-mail from them asking us to provide a review, so I do not understand why the reminder was even e-mailed. Besides, we never used this company's services, so we are not in the position to provide any reviews for them in any case. Please see the e-mail we received below.

Could you, please investigate why your reminder was issued and e-mailed to us? Thank you!
