I have a small investment home that does not offer a lot of natural sunlight. I need to replace the carpeted areas and would like to put down laminate flooring for longevity. The countertops are a dark granite, white cabinets, and the paint is a dark greige with a hint of olive. Any suggestions on shade of flooring? I am a bit nervous about the gray tones as I feel they are too trendy and won't be sought after in 3-7 years down the road.
