I am nearing the end of a kitchen remodel. My cabinets are all in and the cabinet people have to come finish a couple little things. They would like me to get on with my choice of cabinet hardware so they can install at the same day.

I am attaching some photos of the kitchen cabinets. I intend to do knobs on all the uppermost cabinets and I may have to do one knob on a small drawer to the right of my dishwasher on the lower cabinet run there. Hopefully that will look ok by its lonesome. I want to do all pulls on the other drawers and cabinet doors.

The pendants over my island are black and glass. They’re staying for now.. the light over my kitchen table is also a dark gray/black. The door levers in the room are all oil rub bronze. While I would like to replace them, I can’t right now. In the future if I do I will replace with a much darker bronze/black. All my other door hardware is exterior to this room so probably a little consequence, but the pantry door has this oil rub bronze lever and it’s right next to my two kitchen cabinet runs.

My sink will be a stainless steel along with a stainless steel or brush nickel faucet to complement. Thanks to some of you here, including Jan and Patricia for helping me make that decision! All appliances are also SS.

I’m also attaching a picture of my quartzite slabs below as well and a picture showing three possible options for a backsplash. I’m going to have my counters installed and set some of these samples for backsplash up against the wall to ponder for a time. That’s what I did at my present house and I love my decision here having sat on it for a while.
