Are My Cannas Sick?

This is how my cannas that I got from an old nursery looked all summer. I know it's time for them to rest for the winter but is this normal?

I should have taken this picture earlier. I thought they were sun burned.

They were all in the same pot so I separated them. Here's the results:

It looks more like sun burn to me, its such a beautiful canna, I hope it isnt the virus, other members will know better than I....

Looks like sun scorch I have Tropicanna Gold looks just like those...they can take intense heat but you need to water them quite often and they will begin to turn the gold color you're really looking for. Normally if it were disease it would continue through the plants life... I believe this pic was 7/10 I can post an updated one later of the more gold leaves

I hope they are not diseased. They are beautiful. I wanted to put one in a larger pot with trailing petunia (from seed).

They start turning brown as soon as they come out. ill try more water to see.

Oh I gave my sister one. I'll ask her to send me a picture of hers.
