HELP! FLOOR CHOICE COLOR

This house is 4000 sq ft and we are remodeling it for a luxury rental property.. I am trying to keep budget low, but mindful of resale and rental. I am at a loss for color on the floor... I really like the french country feel... Thank you! The island is a dark grey and the cabinets and all house and trim are white.

#1 would be the most cohesive choice given the ceiling. I also like #2 and #3 if you want contrast from the ceiling. #4 appears very pink to me and #5 is pretty but maybe a tad too dark.

I would first decide if you want the floor and ceiling to match. If not, choose #2 or #3. Are all materials of equal material quality and just different colors?

Curious.... your cabinets look to be dynasty pearl and smokey hills? That's what we just ordered... do in on wednesday.

I would do a floor as close as possible to the ceiling.

Hockeymom they are sherwin williams griffin gray and standard white with a black glaze

Here are some additional photos.. so from left to right.. one is the cheapest tile.. numbers 4 and 5 are most expensive .. the last photo shows 4 and the 5th tile is on the left in that photo.

Beautiful home! You have several great options here and the preference of them would be to go with the darkest of your selections- looks to be the 5th sample from the left. This would create a fresh look with high contrast between the floors and walls in addition to tying the darker tones of the light fixtures into the flooring for a cohesive element.
