My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The countertop is granite and is called "Verde Peacock". The majority of the countertop is black, yet there are small flecks of brown, and quite a bit of silvery green throughout. Hope that helps.

    Another greenish granite is Uba Tuba. Black, brown and green.
