Is that not carpet on the floor the art does not work above the bed and as for I think what you have is nice with the bedding and the drapes. If you show pics of the whole space you might get some more ideas.

Drapes will hang behind the bedside tables. Do you like that look? Consider fabric roman shades, inside mounted. Avoid big box store art. The room is pretty neutral so a rug can go any direction.
