Do these fun solar and wind powered lanterns work? Has anyone used them?

I need solar lighting on my single car garagetop deck. Any product suggestions would be appreciated. Patio cushions and umbrella wjote with yellow, and black accents. I've tried several solar and battery operated lanterns from Target and World Market that unfortunately have not stayed lit so they have been returned. I have no electrical outlet on the deck. Thank you!
