The cabinets were custom made by Excelsior Kitchens Limited (excelsiorkitchens.net). Their craftsmanship is really amazing and they have some of the most detailed shop drawings I have ever reviewed! They were super helpful during the design process and willing to construct doors with larger spans than other companies I've worked with.

It looked great and they did produce samples for review prior to production. This was my first job with them and I was really impressed.

did they use white lacquer over wood or is it acrylic over mdf on the face of the doors/cabinets to get the nice, smooth finish?
