It would very nice to add armchairs on the sides. Like this one here

It has plenty of upholstery options but I would stay with the same a muted blue linen covers.

I like the combination you've created. You don't necessarily need different chairs at the head of the table; the same chair for the whole set would also look nice.

What type of light fixture do you have planned for above the table? These two vignettes have very different chandeliers, but both work well with Louis style dining chairs.

Beautiful color... is the room full / busy with things we can't see? If it is, add current at the ends. If you need pattern, etc... add something interesting.

The room is kind of a blank slate very similar to the picture Maureen posted but with a brazillian cherry wood floor. There is white wainscoting on the bottom and I will paint the top something. (Haven't yet decided, but open to ideas).

Ooh, love the bubbly looking chandeliers.

Accent color in chandelier….suggesting more or a rectangular shape.

It really boils down to how much space you have. If space is generous I would search for two handsome host chairs that complement the side chairs and table. If space is tight I would purchase two more chairs that match (arm or side would be just fine). Good luck and I hope your room comes out exactly how you wish!

I purchased them at World Market. I think they were about $100 per chair back then.
