I swear by the liquid Bartender’s Friend. But, YOU read the label and don’t trust me with your new tub surround. :>)

Use the Lysol spray or the Dow Scrubbing Bubbles spray. If you keep it clean from the start, there is no need for anything more abrasive. Not familiar with liquid barkeepers friend, but many people use soft scrub and I assume this is similar. Soft Scrub hardens in pipes and clogs them up - not something you ever want to use.

Most of the mild sprinkle-on cleansers (such as Bonami and Barkeepers Friend) are mildly abrasive. I would NOT use on acrylic tubs. They will definitely scratch. Most of the liquid soft cleansers have abrasives as well, so again WILL scratch. They all recommend testing in an inconspicuous spot when using on plastics/fiberglass etc. You can always call the manufacturer of your tub to see what they recommend.

Read the owner's manual that came with the tub. That will tell you exactly what to use.

I just use one of those daily after-shower spray products (don't need it every day). Works great.

Distilled white vinegar and water. Keep wet for about 10 min then wipe down with magic eraser. Acrylic marks up easy.

OMG....... just give the darn thing a good spray with daily shower cleaner EVERY DAY. Any diluted Lysol, 409, Fantastic, anything. Once a week use a completely full strength version of any and a sponge. Done.

These things are fragile, say non abrasive for a reason.. The less scrubbing needed the better. Your best ally is the daily squirt to the entire thing, and a very good fan.

I would NOT recommend Magic Eraser. I love them, just not for this. Save them for your stainless sink , marks on walls or trim, or baseboards, where they really are perfect.

I actually use my Method daily granite cleaner about once a week. Spray and wipe with cloth. Bar keepers friend does scratch. I have even used car wax after cleaning for a deep shine and water beads up.

Agree with Jan regarding Magic Eraser....they are abrasive.

I don’t know that I’d want to soak in a tub that was polished with car wax :)

The OCD,crazy lady again... I only use Turtle wax with sponge included. And obviously do not put on bottom, you'll slide right out!
