Microwave under wall oven?

I am planning the appliance layout for my new kitchen. Currently, I have a microwave located under the counter on my island, and it works pretty well for us. In the new house, I’m thinking of going with a wall oven, and a convection/microwave. I prefer separate units over a combination unit, in case one or the other dies. I am short, and currently have small children. Having the microwave 1/2 way up the wall doesn’t work well for us. I would like to stack the units, but it seems like the microwave is always over the oven when I look at examples. Is there a reason I can’t set the microwave/convection unit in the wall, below counter height, with the wall oven above? It seems like that would still leave the oven in a good position for me, but allow easier access to the microwave for us vertically challenged folks. I would want to use coordinating units, of the same width, for the overall streamlined built-in look. Curious if there’s a reason I shouldn’t stack them in that way? Thanks!
