The cabinet above and bellow the fish tanks are front only and act as an auxiliary access point. The tank is actually plumbed through the basement where there is a room to service, change water, and allocate all the fish tank supplies. Its much more technical than the photo implies and required numerous hours to engineer with an expert on the tank etc. Hope that helps!
