Those are tan. Just tan. There's no off-white nor cream about them.

White sand would be nice! You can go even lighter if you want as well to achieve a true off white/cream.

Chocolate Mousse is quite a bit deeper than what you've described. Are BM Collingwood or Cedar Key too pale?

These colors do not look true to life. For example, White Dove appears beige/tan in your photo, but it's a wonderful off-white. Linen white is a bit more creamy/yellow but you need to see the color against your cabinets if you want to match or contrast them.

I don't particularly care for tan with white. How about a taupe?
