My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

will this work if I already put mineral oil for the first two coates?

    It would be best to remove as much mineral oil as possible . Washing with Dawn dish soap , mineral spirits or paint thinner . Towel off till dry . Then apply the SoapStone Sealer
