You can do gray or navy.

I think I'd paint the vanity the exact color of the floor tile. That way it will complement all and make the room feel larger without different colors chopping the space. If this doesn't sound appealing to you, I also like Beverly's navy blue choice.

Are you looking for a color pop or just a subtle difference? From the detail I get from the picture, I think a gray gloss a few shades darker than the floor would look wonderful.

Or Gentleman's Gray by benjamin moore (it's not actually gray!) might be a nice touch as well.

I think it might be good to know what is going on in Jack n Jills rooms. Are they boys rooms, girl's both, ages and color schemes currently.

Many possibilities. I would avoid more white. Blue is the popular look of the moment. My mind goes to an almost black :)
