how did you achieve this color

We recently installed character grade white oak in our home. They put a natural finish on and it looks terrible. I had given them this picture and it looks nothing like it. It's very yellow and brown and gold.

We may resand, could you please advise us on this white oak of ours?

Dear Ksehr,

Very sorry to hear about your new floor. Not sure where you purchased your flooring material from but they should have told you that white oak varies from lot to lot. The flooring you see in the image is European white Oak which we bleached, stained and finished with a waterbase polyurethane. We have always made samples for our customers before ever installing a hardwood floor.
