No bench, would look odd with this style of table. It's a beautiful table and deserves chairs.

Are you seriously thinking of having people sit on a straight bench at a round table???

I don't see any "longest points" on that table top that you are measuring from. Do you mean 'diameter'?

No bench and I always mention try getting into one when it is already occupied by someone else , hike your skirt up to your hips and climb over really not in a 100 yrs are they comfortable and for sure will not suit that table

School is now in session Tatts. Thank you for your comment and I would like to return the favor. My glass top is not Round, it's an Oval. For teaching purposes I am providing you with colored examples of shapes. The bright yellow shape is a circle. The unfamiliar (to you) blue shape is called an oval - the shape of my table top. Unlike a circle, an oval does have "longest points". Class is adjourned.

In tatts' defense, it's not entirely obvious is the table is round or oval, given the angle in which the photo was taken.

Tactfully? Use chairs. Keep them "light" Please. If those are yours in the photo.... ? They don't truly suit your table. Nobody but a child likes a bench for dining, unless sidled next to their honey in a restaurant banquette . That said and if bound and determined for the back side only......all the rest as chairs. New ones. : ) and bench is 60 inches below
