My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the overhang (if any) of the countertop. Or is it flush?

    The countertop overhang is about 1/8". We've spec'd it as less before, but the variations of where cabinet doors sit makes anything less a little risky for an awkward aesthetic. Also drips from the countertop tend to travel back into drawers/cabinets.
