First I would advise you to get the matching appliances now because I can’t see this color working for most people so probably will not be available later. I am sorry but honestly to redo a kitchen to go with a weird colored stove is just plain silly IMO. Yes you can mix creams and whites usually in a traditional type kitchen . We have no idea of what your style is so just guessing doesn’t work and BTW the reason the stove was cheap is because regular electric stoves are disappearing in favor of induction . IMO you would be better off to sell the syove and then if you must have a plan if you need a kitchen reno.

If you really like the stove color that's one thing, but if you don't and are just using it because it was cheap, designing an expensive kitchen around a cheap range seems ill advised.

Off-white and cream color kitchen cabinets can work but I would suggest focussing on getting the kitchen cabinets you really want in your kitchen. See Fusion Blanc Fabuwood or Fabuwood Wellington Ivory. You can use countertops and other kitchen details like pendants and other to achieve harmony and balance you desire.

Here are a couple of kitchens that are cream with white counters or other elements -- you could probably do something like this if you like the effect. Otherwise, need more info. Agree that bisque will greatly limit your choice of appliances!
