Need suggestions for window treatment

The windows are 83" wide, in the kitchen, and one is located just at the sink. Needing suggestions for something light filtering that can be closed for privacy and can be wiped dry or clean if water or food lands on it. Wooden blinds will be too heavy and top up/bottom down honeycombs may not be able to take the drying/cleaning needed.

There are many beautiful roller shades on the market today. They come in many different opacities and fabrics from basket weaves to suedes. They would be able to be wiped clean. They also come in the wide width you need.
