Remodeling kitchen, guest bath & hall storage done. How what?

My question is, I spent a fortune remodeling my kitchen ,guest bath and hallway storage. I have a one story house and now I’m ready to update the second bath and the master bath, do I still use the same wood tile flooring that I used throughout the house in the master bath and do I match the cabinets ? I was thinking about doing Carrera marble in the master bathroom but my husband thinks it should match the kitchen
