I like the idea of a darker to match the floors -- let them pop off of the white trim!

I agree with the above posts. A lighter color would get lost among all the white. Go with a darker color to make them pop. With woven shades, many fabrics have multiple colors running through them, so I'm sure you can find one to pull in tones from the counter and the floor.

Something that mimics the floor would be great...

You have so much light in that room- you can go with either! Something that matches or complements your existing floors or countertop is ideal

How much light control/privacy do you want? If you only need light filtering, an un- lined woven shade in a darker color would be fine. But, if you need full privacy at night, you might have to line the woven shade which might make it seem much darker. Hartman and Forbes has some lovely woven shades in various thicknesses and with options for linings.

I wonder if you want to add softness of semi-sheers, etc. besides the shades. If so, and they'd have a bit of pattern to complement kitchen, maybe white would be fine, imo.

Seeing pendant lights, wondering if semi-sheer linen-look stripes might be interesting just to see....

what is your dining set like, color....

If you cook alot, Idk about bamboo over sink too.... practical? but if you pick medium tone, this idea? though dry clean.

If soft white, seems you'd be freer to add patterned, if you like that.... would repeat white cabinets/ dark lights.

I agree I would go with sheers or curtains with a soft pattern.

Thank you all so much for your help and comments! Yes, I do intend to do lighter solid curtains with the woven blinds on each window. A white or natural color. We have a huge 7ft window (pictured), so I’m trying to figure out where I can get woven blinds to fit that size without spending a fortune. Dining table going in the house is pictured below- although I’m considering painting the base black where it is white now.

What will be the style of the furniture? The table has a cottage-y feel to it; will that continue? If that's the case, the drapes/curtains need to not be too fussy.

It will be very straightforward to treat that triple window with a woven wood, cordless even. I think that style will look great in your home, and I recommend a medium tone wood (nothing light), just like the other posters recommended.
