Re-positioning of vinyl stickers

Can these stickers be replaced to another wall if I decide to move and if so how do I manage to do that.

Absolutely! Simply peel it off and apply it again. Walls must be free from dust and oils that can settle on vertical surfaces in order to re-apply. Spraying the decal lightly with 3M Super 77 spray adhesive will renew the adhesive should it become necessary.
