My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How are large quantities of the tile shipped?

Hi there,
I'm planning on order ~20 boxes of these tiles. Will they be shipped directly through Fed Ex or is there some other means to ship such large, delicate and heavy packages?

    Hi Rae,

    Thanks for your question! Any order that is over 250 lbs. (this order would be approximately 1,000 lbs.) ships on a pallet and goes LTL.

    the standard way and the order will automatically be shipped LTL? Are
    there additional shipping costs for that? Is the shipping time longer? Thanks again!

    Yes, you can just place an order like you normally would! For shipping cost inquiries, we would recommend contacting Houzz Customer Support.

    The shipping time can take longer depending on where you are located, and we cannot account for any carrier delays.
