I need white paint color help!!!!

I am remodeling a tiny house in Florida. You can see every room when you stand in the living area. The South facing wall is all glass and is where the living room/kitchen sits. The bedrooms are on the North facing wall. All walls are 8 inch nickel gap. I want the walls to read a soft calm white on the warm side. I thought White Dove would be the color. It's not: it is very bright in the living area and cold and gray in the bedrooms. I've painted boards in Simply White, SW Alabaster, SW Creamy, Mascarpone: all crazy bright in the living area and gray in the bedrooms. I see an unwanted peach in Linen White. Any suggestions? Arson, maybe?

I should add that the walls are currently raw wood and there is no electricity in the house yet, so I am relying on sunlight as a light source and painted boards that I carry from room to room. If anyone thinks a color I've tried will be great once the walls are primed and the lights are on, please let me know. I'm looking for a soft warm white that reads more white than cream (but not bright white) and that does not turn gray in the north facing rooms.

You will likely have to use to use more than one white as the exposure and light sources will change the look of any colour you choose. This might be helpful:

Right now you are getting color reflections from the raw wood on your samples. Keep your samples, then when the new drywall is primed in plain white primer, you can make a decision. Many people find that Florida daylight is so bright that they prefer paint with a bit of color rather than bright white.

Thank you both! I looked at Kylie M's website. Very informative; I'm actually thinking of hiring her for an online color consult. She seems to have volumes of knowledge about paint colors. I agree that I need to wait until everything is primed, and until the lights are on. My builder is asking for a color now, but I'm sure he will understand my delima. In our current home, I changed the paint color in every room two months after we moved in! I do not want to repeat that experience. I really appreciate your comments: thank you!
