Wow, I'm really surprised to hear it's a wood plank. It looks like a square tile in this picture and the other pictures for this project.

Apologies, you are correct, that appears to be tile in the photo!

Reference was made to the spec doc for this project, and that is all that is on record, as the project is in archive... it could have been a change made by clients during construction?
