My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi! may I ask where you purchased the pergola mounting brackets? and how much they cost?

    The brackets and metal posts were custom made and welded off site at a metal fabrication shop in Santa Barbara, California. I don't recall the price for those specifically, but the entire pergola cost was about $16,500.00
