My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The grass at the water's edge is Isolepsis (Scirpus) cernus which is also known as Fiber Optic Grass. The project was $25K to 30K when built in 1998.

    I heard many negative comments about river rock at the bottom of a pond. Was that considered when design this pond?

    River rock was stacked on the sides of the pond to hide the liner. Small gravel is on the bottom.
