My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This room is approximately 20' wide by 28' long. The ceilings are 10' high.

    Michael: you are so generous with sharing info. I was wondering, if this kitchen/family room area is 20 x 28, what is the length of the living room/dining area in the front? I assume 20 x something. We are gut renovating a Brooklyn Brownstone with interior measurements of 20 x 41 and I am wondering if this layout could work on the parlor floor. Any trips to NY planned in your near future? Thanks in advance!
