We are having floor to ceiling white shiplap wall behind our bathroom vanity and toilet. Directly across from that is a wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass shower. I am wondering if a super light grey/white marble hex tile striped with extra large porcelain tiles would be too much stripe for a 6x7 bathroom? The tiles would be set at 12" high.

If too much, any suggestions on how to lay out these 2 tiles? I had thought marble on large back wall and floor, with porcelain on the 2 smaller walls which will have shower fixtures and niches.
