IMO neither of those colors will do anything for the art work . The table scape is your accent wall and another accent wall behind it only makes it too busy. I like the contrast of your wall color with the dark pieces , if you want to a bit of red do it with the rug and the balls inside the bridge.I don’t know how big the rug can be but this is a runner that the colors might be okay

There’s too much on the console. An oriental is always a safe bet.

An Oriental rug is the answer.

There is enough going on in your foyer. The addition of a rug will complete the composition, and going with the multi-cultural theme, take a look at Moroccan rugs. They come in all sorts of patterns and colors, several of which can play well with your foyer and the adjacent space. I would suggest a simple pattern rather than an intricate pattern since your table and wall are busy enough. Try repeating the pattern of the table side or the bridge cables, or perhaps a stylized animal print.

I agree that there is a bit too much going on in your foyer. I've always stuck with the basic rule of "less is more". Because your table is quite ornate, in this case, even your table counts as an accent piece.

When you count the table, the bridge, the floor vase, two pieces on either side of the bridge and the mask, that gives a total of 6 accent pieces which only distract from (and cheapen) the beauty of each individual piece.

I would remove everything except for the table and mirror. Then, choose one other accent piece to be placed off center on the table top. If you add anything else, I would add a low, very basic bowl on the other side of the table top - - - (something similar to the photo below) perhaps to be a catchall for keys or mail. Things look best on display if they are not all the same height.

Then, any spicy colored oriental rug will make the Moroccan detail of your table really pop. I would select a rug that does not have a large scale print though, as that would clash with the large scale detail of the table.

Also, if you select a rug with color, as the one below, I would keep the wall color neutral. If you choose to paint a spice color on the wall, then I would choose a rug that was more neutral colored - - - one or the other, but not both.

Beautiful! So different and interesting pieces perfectly placed. That being said, I would just remove the vase or maybe remove the flowers? Like that rug with Moroccan motif.

Here are a couple rugs that could drive your decision-making. I am concerned, though about too many items so none get focus. Especially I would remove that glass vase and flowers. Doesn’t add anything. You could do an ethnic style rug of neutral color, if you go with the BM Moroccan Spice. You might also find one with browns and deep turquoise. Lots of options. I would keep number of items on console to 3-5 max. I would also get a stand for the mask and place it somewhere else. It is too high and too intimidatingfor guest entry. ;).
