Little house, big change

We recently finished this little investment house that we purchased, renovated, and sold. It was an outdated early 1960's ranch that was beat down. Old uninteresting brick fireplace, 2 layers of carpet (stapled down with ranch fencing staples....literally), closed off kitchen, and a whole host of other areas that needed to be addressed. We redid the inside top to bottom including, stained white oak floors, tuftex carpet, LG appliances (look nice, but affordable), quartz counters, natural stone fireplace update with custom made solid oak mantel, and a variety of other things throughout!

Love this! The high price of homes there, though, takes my breath away. ( that price would purchase a 3000 sq ft. home here, in nice condition). Congratulations on what had to be a quick sale for your beautiful investment home.

Yes, pricing in Portland is extreme, but relative to other large west coast cities.... Cabinets are a stock grey color from a local supplier (couldn't give you an actual color as they don't give it out). Believe we painted the walls on that one BM Revere Pewter.
