That's a good size space! Should be able to get an enclosed toilet area and two sinks/shower. Like the post above mentioned we need to see where the door and any windows are located. Maybe upload a photo or a Floor Plan?

If you have an open space that hasn't been constructed yet, let me know about the door placement and I'll sketch something up.

A window is on the north wall directly across from the door. It is about 5 ft. From the floor and 32 inches wide. The longest width is the east and west walls. The door (south wall) will not interfere with the room as it opens into its own little area before the large area. We are planning to gut the bathroom, but presently vanity is on east wall and tub and toilet are on west wall.

Maybe I should do a sketch as the door is not centered, but placed on the east half of south wall.
