The anchors ("setscrews") are for concrete/masonry, not wood.

The anchors that they include are for masonry or concrete installation. If I have to buy additional anchors for a wood frame construction house, it will increase the price substantially. Will the included anchors actually work on a wood frame house? If not, what type of attachment do you recommend? Will you reimburse me for the cost of the proper anchors?

I am very disappointed. Nowhere in the product description, specifications, or installation instructions does it say that this is only for use on masonry surfaces. This is misleading and deceptive.
