My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My Living Room:

needs to be re-designed!

I'm trying to get assemble yourself furniture in espresso finish or dark walnut/black colors.

I'm not too particular about exact matches, however, I cannot find Walker Edison's (item # 860755583) 72" Industrial Metal and Wood Hall Tree in dark walnut.

Walmart sells them in that finish, but seem to be constantly out of stock (go figure!).

I'm a bit savvy in refinishing wood surfaces, but would rather NOT go to that extreme, as I live in a small apartment and would prefer not to do the necessary work outside.
