the same tile? too late for wood, etc. I'd go for the same wood-look tile or a near match. then you can add some area rugs (and stick 'em down for wheel-friendliness, another plus for tile) to soften things for the feet.

Agree with Sinah...two fakes don't make a right. I would also steer away from shape and color to match existing wood tile planks. Would you be receptive to cork flooring? It might be a good option to meet your needs.
