Little disappointed

In the product description it says ladder is 5ft by 13 inches top... I assumed that meant it was over 6' tall... I rec'd it yesterday and it is barely 5' tall, which makes a huge difference. What is my cost to have to send this back>

Very sorry for the confusion. How size works on Houzz is Height by Width, sometimes including depth. The Ladders are 5 foot tall by 13 inches wide at the top (the bottom are approximately 17 inches), but given that each are made by hand, sanding & other processes make minor changes in the size parameters. Processing a return is handled by Houzz, I do believe - I am following up with them now & will let you know as soon as I hear back. Thank you!
