Hello all! I hope your winters were great! I just had to replace my garden boxes with new wood and I increased their size as well. I have existing garlic and onions from last fall that I planted for a Spring harvest here in GA. My new boxes are about 6 inches deeper than the previous boxes so I need to add my soil mix. Can I dig up my garlic and onions and then transplant back into the box or will this hurt their production? I really wanted to move them to a different place in the larger boxes as well. Thanks for any input or advice!
