Help with Existing Rose Bush

My husband and I bought a house in the summer of 2016 and rose bush came along with it. I have done a little research on it but I’m not exactly sure what type it is. I thought for sure it would not make it as it seems generally not well cared for but it has bloomed every spring, summer and fall since then. We have been renovating the interior of the house so I have not paid much attention to the outside but I would really like to get some info on how to care for this bush as I would like to keep it in the flower bed and see it thrive. Looking for suggestions on what type it could be, how to prune it to make it look better and general info on taking care of it. I am in central West TX. Thanks!
