We are getting prepared to renovate our kitchen and butler’s pantry (1924 colonial). We do not plan to move but we are always open to new job opportunities that require a move so I want to make resaleable choices. We are keeping the layout/appliances/sink and ceiling. The island will stay. We are replacing cabinets in white, and will refinish the floor a slightly more medium brown (to match the connected dining room).

We want to do quartz for the counters, and are trying to decide between marbled white or black.

I’d also like to do leaded glass in some of the uppers.
