In building a new house we were looking for a 36 inch, duel fuel range and weren't finding anything locally that fit our needs. I searched online and found AJ Madison. I talked to a salesman, Soloman, at least four times and he totally snowed me. He told me they would deliver it "white glove" into our kitchen which I told him multiple times was two stories up. When it came time for delivery it was going to be delivered to the driveway. After a week of many phone calls, many that went unanswered (not to mention many unanswered emails) and being told lie after lie, it was delivered into our garage only because the delivery company decided to try to make up for how difficult AJ Madison was being. AJ Madison customer service wouldn't go to their salesman and ask what he told me, they said they had to listen to recorded phone calls, then they could only find one call, yet there were multiple. As a side note they also overcharged me $200, which customer service did hear the quoted price on the recorded call, but she then said I wouldn't get a refund even though she heard her salesman quote me my price. The most difficult customer service I have ever worked with and I will never buy from them again, and I will tell anyone that even considers them to run away.
