What gizmo is that?

I have a tv display but not samsung. I looked for an alternative.

some of the pictures I've seen recently with the frame tvs look really good - I'd be curious to know if anyone else has experiences with it

Just bought one. Wanted it to lay flat on the wall, like a framed piece of art, which is why we bought it. It also has lots of other amazing features, turns on the art at night via motion detection to allow lit passage for those wanting to go from bedroom to kitchen for a midnight snack :) will Alexa and lots of other gadgety stuff I love. The art that you can get from the service are only 20 pieces, you can upload photos, art, movies, YouTube directly from your phone...and we got it at Best Buy for $600 off of the usual “low” price so we bit the bullet and bought one for our new construction.

I looked into the frame, was told that the tv is a mid range quality for the same price point as the higher end Samsung models, also the mktg pictures do no show the controller box that has to be connected to the tv for manual controls so you are stuck w yet a another box hanging from your tv- there is a video on you tube where the guy buries it behind the tv in the drywall- but I would be placing on masonry so it wouldnt work for me-- I would buy a great slim line tv with a slim line mount and have a frame built for the tv to hide the gap vs buying the frame - good mktg gimmick but some flaws in the execution

No box...all wireless...but they do have the option to have it wired to your cable box that’s what you want. We don’t watch much TV, it’s not our life but we do like having one around when the mood strikes.
