My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this ASSE 1016 compliant?

in Pasadena we have to make sure all the tub and shower fixtures have ani-scald or are thermostatic temp controlled.

    Hi, the manufacture (Delta Faucet) states that this item is ASME A112.18.1 / CSA B125.1 compliant.

    From my research, it seems that ASSE 1016/ ASME A112.1016/ CSA B125.16 - 2017 may all be the same thing.

    This item features a Monitor pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe +/-3degrees F (+/-1.6degrees C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure.

    I can tell you we have sold many of these to locations in California and Delta Faucet is a large company. I have never heard any one mention these items failed to meet code so I believe you will be ok. Thanks!
