Thanks Fori! Tried to twist, tried to pull. I hear some wood cracking, but the feet barely move. Is it possible they are "hooked" into the frame or something similar. Or is it most likely flat surfaces against each other, connected by a screw? In the latter case, I would twist harder. In the former, I probably shouldn't -)

I'd look inside for screws through the floor into the feet.

The other alternative would be wooden dowels and glue---meaning get lucky and pry off----or just use the reciprocating saw and cut off. Which will damage the feet.

Lots of glue is stronger than the wood....they look added to me...not part of the original. I think I'd get out the Sawzall.
