Bloom times are not really related to ripening times. So i wouldn't worry too much about that. Monterrey is a good pollinator for both Lambert and Royal Ann.

Montmorency is a sour cherry, self fertile but will not pollinate sweet cherries and probably doesn't flower at the same time as the sweet cherries which is fine, the two sweet should be fine. I woldn't be worried about parts not flowering...you want to eat fruits not the flowers.
