I recently wrote about a french house with wainscott (painting white or not) and got some great suggestions. Think I'm going with the white wainscott and then a pewter painted walls (suggested by Travisinteriors - thank you). Now I have alot of black furniture from Pier One and was actually thinking of painting it all pale gray, but will be too much gray now...should I paint it white or a pale aqua (my favorite color). Thanks...you guys are great!!
