I agree with S Atkins23. I would add that you need one continuous curtain rod, if possible. It would make the room more cozy.

I would add fixed relaxed roman shades to the windows to soften them up and add some color, change the light fixture to something with a bit more personality that doesn't shine down directly on to the table, add a centerpiece, and reupholster the chair cushions to add some color that you pull from the roman shades.

You may not have room for a correctly sized rug here. It should be 4 feet wider all the way around than the table. If, for example, your table is 48" square, the rug should be 8' square to accommodate the chairs when they're pulled out.

You want a ten by ten square rug; look online as they make them? If you go round your will need two to three feet beyond the back of the chairs so that when you back up the chair to sit or leave the chairs lets stay on the rug.

I'd do the same things as mentioned in your previous post and as above using a Relaxed Roman shade. The relaxed roman in a fabric you like and a new light fixture would be great!

Your table height and style makes the room look very small. I would eliminate the corners on the table.

Love these interesting LED chandeliers. They can be mounted in a number of ways.

The color works well. Can you pull the chairs out to sit down and still have all four legs on the rug?
