I hope this will make sense...My husband and I disagree with how the front area over our entry should be finished. He wants to keep the upper section open (like we had on the plans). I would like to close it (like the last pic). I’m attaching what the plans had originally, the blue lines indicate where we’ll need to frame out because we need to extend the walls inside the entry area all the way to the top of the vaulted area and having that framing show from the front will look weird. Any thoughts?
