In most cases, yes. However, it depends on the consistency of the surface you are adhering it to. For example, the more flat the better, but if the existing tiles are relatively flat, it can be done. I would recommend using an epoxy glue reinforce the adherence, but again, it all depends on the level of the existing tile. Does that make sense?
